Roles

Within any portfolio there are a lot of roles, some operate across all three models, some operate in parts and can only operate in one of their models. We have identified the common roles that we found in our client organisations, and documented their task and guidance on how to do them.

In this section, you will find summary task lists drawn from the lifecycle milestones for each role. This has been used as the basis for role descriptions and specific actions that individuals are expected to perform in their realm of authority. These cascade from the Transformation Director at the top down through the models to the Project Manager. it is likely you will be able to put names to these roles or at least interpret them for your organisation.
