This is a set of reference guides to the themes (the concepts that are continually evolving through the lifecycle like Risk), for each theme we have provided a page of guidance, that includes the minimum standards for every programme and project along with a governance model that provides specific activities and who is responsible. There is also guidance on the processes to follow, helpful guides and worked examples to help teams to use the techniques and links to papers and articles which provide more information.
